Dehydrated Meal Prepping I-E
Instructor(s): Michelle Smith and Lori Goetzfriedt
Who wants dish duty on a camping or backpacking adventure? Not us! Who wants to spend big bucks on prepackaged meals loaded with sodium? We don’t! Join us as we taste rehydrated meals, prepare meals to dehydrate, and discuss the differences in nutritional value between prepared meals and prepackaged foods. Meals prepped in this session will need to dehydrate overnight, but will be bagged and available for pick-up on Sunday morning for your next outdoors adventure!
