The Outdoor Learning Center at Lake Metigoshe State Park is hosting a day camp for youth ages 10-12 that will focus on valuable life skills related to winter survival in a hands-on setting. Registration fee is $40 and includes lunch, snack and hot chocolate. Activities and topics include survival scenarios, finding food/water, starting fires utilizing various methods, knot tying, shelter construction and orienteering. This camp is limited to 12 participants.
